I was skeptical of acupuncture because I hadn’t known too much about it but Kevin was extremely easy to talk to and explained how his modalities worked to help improve healing and pain relief. I came to him initially to treat my knee pain that had begun from training for a marathon and within the first few treatments the pain and discomfort improved significantly. I also asked him to help treat some of my chronic back pain which started during my pregnancy which flairs up from time to time due to heavy lifting. He has a very thorough way of treating and detecting even the smallest ailments that might need attention and treatment. Aside from Kevin’s acupuncture sessions he was really invested in making sure that my recovery had a full lifestyle approach; he suggested exercises to do at home as well as dietary and supplemental changes that really helped my healing and overall health. I would absolutely recommend others to try out acupuncture.
